[His earpiece pings at the notification, and Accelerator takes it out of his pocket and puts it on, silent for a few moments as he skims over the translation. Well, this'll save him some time having to translate it himself. He's still frowning, but only because he's thinking Connor didn't need to help him.

He shrugs at the gratitude, clicking his tongue.]

It's Academy City technology, so it uses a powder instead of regular bullets. The dials and shit on the sides can be adjusted so it can make different kinds of lethal or non-lethal ammunition, depending on what you need. There's an automatic mode, where its infrared sensor reads your target's composition, solidity and distance and makes the bullet according to that data. You can switch that mode off, though, so it's all manual using the dials.
