Hugging this character: feel free, he'll probably reciprocate.
Kissing this character: idk when this would happen, but i'm game to see where it goes. unless there is some slow build relations between characters, he'll be neutral or confused about it.
Flirting with this character: good luck and get ready for a buzzkill!
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): as an android, connor is both much stronger and faster than a regular human. he can predict threats and adjust his response based on risk. he can't get tired and doesn't feel pain. feel free to fight him and (try) to injure him. he can be shot, stabbed, etc. if it gets to this point (idk if it will) we can discuss breaking components off, pulling them out, etc. i looove a good fight.
Killing this character: open to it, but let's discuss it first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: he's an android, everything is literally programming and code (no human brain!) so this is impossible. if you'd like to use it as an excuse to determine how he's definitely not a human, feel free.

Backtagging: yes! i'll backtag into the oblivion so long as we're both still interested in the thread.

Connecting himself to the PC and trying to sift through the data that way will automatically overload him. A significant amount of data is stored not just on that PC, but on the network it and Aurora are connected to. As with Clarke's discoveries, a lot of the language the PC runs off of seems to be something akin to wingdings but without the handy ability to translate it by pressing keys and seeing which letter coincides with what. There is a pattern to it, but that too seems to change monthly. The files that Aurora receives monthly on new arrivals, as well as the larger files delivered on January 1st and June 1st, seem to come from somewhere outside the network, but trying to retrace the data will lead nowhere. What connection had been opened was immediately closed after the information was sent.Aurora's security does not run off of voice recognition but reads her data signature. Tim Drake (
secondary findings.
The computer itself is pretty. . . basic. It's a touch screen with an unlocked desktop, and gaining access is fairly simple. What isn't simple is figuring out how to read it, as it appears that most of the text is in some illegible font similar to wingdings, but without being able to easily compare what letters are being pressed (since the keyboard at least appears to be in English) to translate what the text itself is saying. However, not everything in the computer is formatted this way.information edited for simplicity.
▸ will not be able to find a direct way to communicate directly with Echo.
▸ small files are uploaded once monthly, around the same time when new arrivals appear, and a larger chunk of information had been delivered to the PC back on January 1st, coinciding with another arrival that happened on June 1st. These files are heavily encrypted, with no chance of opening.
▸ a few folders that contain other player character data are accessible. These folders are listed by the first initial of their first name, their full last name, and a string of numbers and letters after that don't seem to coincide with anything relevant.
▸ his own file contains significant amount of data on him: name/height/weight upon first arrival.
▸ in addition, blood type (if applicable), general medical information, and a summary overview of one's personality; likes, fears, best friends, and those he dislikes.
▸ There are multiple documents within these folders, but most of them are heavily encrypted, too. The summary page, while encrypted, will be easy to access
▸ There have been no outgoing communications from the information hub. Information gets delivered to it, but there currently is no way to retrace where that information came from, nor put out a call in the same direction it came from. While there is a local network, it does not extend outside of the city bubble.
about interfacing & tracking
1) He would need the earpiece's signature to connect to Aurora's network. Connor could always download information off the earpiece, and no longer need it after that point!2 and 2b) Aurora runs the entire network on Etraya, meaning she has full access to what is being passed through it. If he's saving data to his hard drive instead of passing it around, she won't automatically have access to it as his system, while connected to the network, is not part of hers.
But she does respect Connor's right to privacy, and will not be interfacing with him directly without first asking his permission after getting him settled. We're open to Connor being able to recognize if she goes digging around in his system! She would have initially before he woke up in the hospital (nothing malicious, just sifting through data), so Connor could have recognized her going through information at that point, thus also giving him reason to know he would recognize if she was attempting to again.
Connor would initially be able to interface with the companion bots to give them directions/communicate with them wirelessly. However, with continued use, he'll discover their programming begins evolving to prevent him from gaining access.
Connor would have to have direct access to earpieces first (have someone hand him one of theirs) and connect to them that way before being able to track them, but it's possible.
If he requested access to the companion bots from Aurora (fifteen points), she would give him access to two specific companion bots. Not 'Corrine' or any of those who manage locations, but some of the more generic ones. He would not need to request GPS tracking, just gain physical access to earpieces first.
