scanning ▸ connor can pick up all vitals (temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, height, weight, sweat) ie all basic sort of vital signs. those vitals can point to different emotions or illnesses (stress, fevers). this means he can also determine whether someone is human (or a little less human) based on their body temperature.
file info ▸ after he accesses the basementcomputer, he'll be filing away all information on other citizens of etraya. in case you don't feel like clicking, the main focus here is seeing blood type, medical info, overview of a character's personality (including likes/fears/bffs/disliked people). honestly all very similar to what he would normally be able to access when scanning someone at home!
vocal imitation: connor can mimic voices after hearing them. he may use this as a form of advantage later to gain information by impersonating someone.

Character Name: Accelerator Can Connor scan your character(s)?: Hell yeah. Here's all the info Connor can pull in handy list form:
Body: Espers have had their body altered via medical procedures (drugs, electroshock, etc.) so Connor could probably pick up on with a scan. There's mention of esper blood possibly containing industry secrets as a reason for why one can't go to hospitals outside of Academy City, so while he's got all the usual human organs and stuff they're also different somehow?? IDK the series is very vague so I'm fine with handwaving details.
When Accelerator's choker is in normal mode his left side is a bit weaker due to his brain injury, and when it's in esper mode he's back up to normal human strength (or stronger if he's manipulating the vectors of his body). He also has a major hormonal imbalance, which is why he looks albino, androgynous, and is skinny and short for his age.
Brain: Same as above re: being an esper, he has a normal human brain but it's also different somehow. He's majorly depressed and a supergenius, both of which would affect his brain waves. When his choker is in normal mode his processing power is still at supergenius level but the only ability calculations he does are to automatically/unconsciously reflect UV light. In esper mode his brain waves would look completely wild and faaar beyond what normal brainwaves would scan like; for example, he becomes so efficient at calculating and processing that his reflection will intercept anything that isn't necessary to keep him alive.
On the flipside, when his choker is in low power mode his brain injury becomes apparent. He has a severe frontal lobe injury caused by a bullet and his skull shattering causing a brain bleed. Without Aurora's assistance he loses his language, communication and mathematical abilities, and his mobility is severely affected.
Choker: The fun stuff! Its official name is the calculation assistance device. Aurora's choker functions like his old one: it converts his brainwaves, sends them to Aurora's network which provides additional calculation support (less than half of what he could do pre-injury to match canon). The calculations are sent back and again converted by the choker into being compatible with Accelerator's brainwaves so his brain doesn't get fried. Normal mode lasts 48 hours, and esper mode lasts 30 minutes due to the immense processing power he needs for his ability. However, this time limit is entirely synthetic (see mod's description here).
This version is entirely wireless, so I assume Accy has some electrodes implanted behind his ears that connect to the device around his neck. He has a signal jammer hidden in his crutch to prevent anyone from messing with the signal. c:
AIM diffusion field: Esper bodies unconsciously release an energy byproduct called AIM (An Involuntary Movement). It takes the form of a unique field around themselves and manifests based on ability. Specialized tech can pick up on it in canon, so I assume Connor's advanced enough to because that's more fun. We aren't told what Accelerator's is and his ability can get super conceptual, so feel free for Connor to interpret that in whatever android-y way you want. A slight push?? Weird vector maths?? Go wild. Accelerator's wings are also made out of this stuff. The wikia has more details.
What information would he pull from your character's file?:
His file still has him listed as 'Accelerator.' No normal human name even though it exists because canon refuses to give it. He's listed as being a Child Error and thus ward of whatever school/institution he was part of, outside of a couple months where his legal guardian was registered as Yomikawa Aihou.
He's been part of a looot of research institutions and schools, including the Special Esper Dual Modification Technology Research Institute, Nagatenjouki Academy, the Imaginary Number Institute, the Wisdom Institute, and an affiliate of Kirigaoka Academy. Presently he isn't a student anywhere as he's registered as Board Chairman for the city.
He's also a convicted criminal, guilty of 36 025 charges which could be all listed if you want. It includes 10 031+ murders, organized crime such as aiding and abetting the creation of clone humans for experimental purposes, assault, bodily harm, property damage, and violation of the Swords and Firearms Control Law. His sentence is 12 000 years in District 10’s Special Criminal Adult Correctional Facility (despite being 15 lol). He's registered as prisoner #1890.
There would be detailed medical information on his brain injury and the surgery he underwent, as well as probably stuff like his testing results as part of the esper research he's undergone. He's listed as the #1 Level 5 and scores high.
His personality is described as antisocial and unstable (all Level 5s are!). He likes coffee, with his favourite being BOSS Black.
